Ever wonder how many videos, video views, channel views and subscribers it takes to become a YouTube Partner? While there is no road paved with specific instructions on what it takes to become a Partner, I will share with you my experience in becoming a Partner for YouTube. In this video I provide you guys with the date that I applied, the date I was accepted, and the specific stats that my channel accumulated over time. This video is not a guideline to what your channel should look like; it is simply advice and/or insight toward my side of things. I don’t advise anyone to ONLY strive for money with YouTube for multiple reasons. YouTube began as a hobby for me, and whether I were to earn money or not, I would still enjoy making videos.
Personally, as a year long Android user I have to say that I am particularly amazed at how great the Android OS has come along in this past year. Wednesday morning, the company that has created the somewhat popular Opera browser have released their beta version of their new Opera Mini Browser for the Android OS. It has been known for quite some time how the default internet browser on android devices are lacking in substance. It would seem that Opera has stepped up and proven that their Opera Mini 5 Beta browser is a contestant amongst the few popular browsers on the Android OS such as the Dolphin Browser. Here is a video of my review of the Opera Mini 5 Browser for Android, hope you enjoy!
After much deliberation, I came to the conclusion that it was about time for me to buy an HDTV. Being a college student, usually means you have to place yourself on a budget. With that said, I did the best bargain hunting I could as far as finding a good quality high definition television for a good price. Needless to say, I decided to go with the 26″ Vizio model. In this video, you will see me unbox my new television and in the future I will provide my readers with an in depth review of this new TV. Hope you enjoy the video.
With all of the hype surrounding the Flip Mino HD and the Kodak Zi8, another HD camera has been vastly overlooked since its released. The Sanyo Xacti CG10 High Definition camera is definitely a contender among the HD camera’s within the $200 price range. Between the Xacti CG10, Flip Mino HD, and the Kodak Zi8 all of them have their pro’s and con’s but the Xacti CG10 stood out for exactly what I needed it for as far as its ability to do things the other camera’s could not. Check out the unboxing and watch out for the review in the future.
So, Apple has rented the space for the event, but they haven’t dispelled much information toward what will be announced. Will it be a tablet? An iPhone Update? With the numerous rumors circulating around on the net, a lot can be assumed but nothing has been confirmed. In this video I provide you with my predictions for the future Apple event that has been dated for January 26th.
Merry Christmas to all the writers here at the site! Before everyone starts posting their awesome unboxing’s, I thought I’d do a video in the spirit of things. There are many movies that bring out the spirit of Christmas and along with me being a huge movie bluff, I’m also a highly spritied person around Christmas. I believe that these movies would be a great addition to anyone’s collection and make for a great pass time with the family. Here’s a list of my favorite Christmas movies. Hope you guys enjoy!
Here’s an overview of what you can expect as far as features and specifications of the Motorola Droid. One important thing that I forgot to indicate in the video is that the Droid is a completely open sourced phone (In terms of Verizon limiting what you can and cannot do as far as free gps, free ringtones, wallpapers, ect). If its one thing I DISPISE about Verizon is the fact that you cannot have freedom with your phone as you would on carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, ect. I’m happy to say that Verizon has choosen not to limit the Droid. The Droid’s release date is set for sometime in November.

Motorola seemed to have accidently made the Droid public on the web, but less than a day later it was gone. Here are the spec’s that I was able to acquire while it was up.
3.7 Hi Resoluation Touch Screen – 480×854 Resolution
5 Megapixel Camera with 4x Zoom, Auto Focus & LED Flash
Li-ion Battery with up to 5 1/2 hours of talk time & 270 hours standby
550Mhz Processor
Pre-installed 16GB MicroSD Card
Stereo Bluetooth
Wi-Fi
Micro USB Port

Apparently Verizon has been working under the radar with Google in producing a new Android phone. A month before its release, Verizon has begun advertising for the new Motorola Droid device. In Verizon’s new Droid commercial, its safe to say that Verizon has taken the gloves off in the fight against Apple’s iPhone 3gS (it sure wouldn’t be the first time). In this new video I provide you guys with my little known insight thanks to BGR with the bit of information that he released about the Droid. The Droid definitely seems to be the best Android phone to date. This new Android device most certainly sets the bar for future Android headsets. The video’s that I referenced in my video can be found at the bottom of this blog.
